Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OmicEdge platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by OmicEdge. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to use the Service.

2. The Service

OmicEdge delivers quarterly biomarker testing, longitudinal tracking, and AI-assisted lifestyle guidance. The Service is intended for general health optimization and is not a medical diagnostic tool. Insights surfaced in the platform do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in methods (Google, email, and phone) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and billing

  • The Core Panel subscription is offered on monthly or annual billing cycles.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment-card details on our servers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Billing Portal accessible from your account settings.
  • Monthly subscribers commit to a minimum of 12 months; early cancellation policy is described in the Billing Portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineering our systems, or using biomarker data to make diagnostic or treatment decisions for anyone other than yourself.

6. Intellectual property

All software, content, and branding are the property of OmicEdge or its licensors. You retain ownership of your personal health data.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued service poses a legal or safety risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that biomarker results will match those of any specific clinical reference.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmicEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
